By purchasing and using The Moving Mentor digital guide ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the Product.
Product Description
The Moving Mentor is a digital 6-week moving guide provided as a downloadable PDF or digital file. The Product includes checklists, timelines, and guidance for planning and executing a residential move.
License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license includes:
- The right to download and save the Product for personal use
- The right to print one copy for personal use
- Lifetime access to the edition you purchased
Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the Product with others
- Reproduce or copy the Product for commercial purposes
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Product
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Upload the Product to file-sharing platforms or websites
Intellectual Property
The Moving Mentor and all content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are the property of The Moving Mentor and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the Product has been delivered. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@movingmentor.ca and we will assist you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Product will meet your specific needs or that it is error-free.

Limitation of Liability
